Different material with different production process

a) Zinc Alloy
  1. Opening molds per customer's design and preparing high quality zinc ingot in warehouse.
  2. Putting the zinc ingot into die casting machine for forming the shapes.
  3. Having semi-finished products ready.
  4. Sending raw products for plating or coating per customer's color requests.
  5. Finished products ready for inspection.
  6. After 100% inspection, packaging the goods in poly bag.
  7. Packing the goods in container per customer's requirements.
  8. Sending the goods by courier or by air or by sea.
b) Brass
  1. Preparing high quality brass material in warehouse.
  2. Using punching machine to form the shapes.
  3. Having semi-finished products ready.
  4. Sending raw products for plating or coating per customer's color requests.
  5. Finished products ready for inspection.
  6. After 100% inspection, packaging the goods in poly bag.
  7. Packing the goods in container per customer's requirements.
  8. Sending the goods by courier or by air or by sea.
