What We Do
Four Brothers' products are Made in Taiwan based on USA and European quality standards. We cooperate with Taiwan superior brass and zinc alloy suppliers to guarantee our fine material sources. After in-house operations include engineering, mold making, zinc die-casting, metal stamping, engraving...etc, we send the raw goods to qualified plating or coating factories for finishing. Four Brothers is committed to meet our client's requirements as found in apparel and leather products such as Nickel Free, Eco-Friendly, Lead Free content, Pulling test...etc.
Different material with different production process
a) Zinc Alloy
- Opening molds per customer's design and preparing high quality zinc ingot in warehouse.
- Putting the zinc ingot into die casting machine for forming the shapes.
- Having semi-finished products ready.
- Sending raw products for plating or coating per customer's color requests.
- Finished products ready for inspection.
- After 100% inspection, packaging the goods in poly bag.
- Packing the goods in container per customer's requirements.
- Sending the goods by courier or by air or by sea.
b) Brass
- Preparing high quality brass material in warehouse.
- Using punching machine to form the shapes.
- Having semi-finished products ready.
- Sending raw products for plating or coating per customer's color requests.
- Finished products ready for inspection.
- After 100% inspection, packaging the goods in poly bag.
- Packing the goods in container per customer's requirements.
- Sending the goods by courier or by air or by sea.
